「No aircpndition in rooms but that is standard across alps region or europe in general. But it get chilli in the night so its ok. Perfect place for bikers and sleep overs. Staff are amazing, decent breakfast for the money. Highly recommend.」

「Der Empfang war ziemlich forsch und hektisch. Das Sup-Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Abendessen hat uns nicht geschmeckt, ausser das Salat und Gemüsebuffet war gut und vielseitig. Aber auch da war der Service sehr hektisch, alles musste schnell gehen. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt und waren schon öfters unterwegs. Von gemütlich essen weit weg. Frühstück war auch nicht berauschend, aber okay, es gab viele verschiedene Kuchen, keine Eierspeisen.」

「The front desk staff and the manager were extremely friendly and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our flight got cancelled and we couldn’t make the first night at the hotel (booked for two nights). 「Excellent excellent property!! Every penny was worth it.. one thing i could point out to improve would be the dinner time staff could do a little better… but this didn’t spoil our stay at all. 「There were three people of us and we stayed at Ideal Park for one week. The double room was great but the single room is rather too small. The free Wifi connection is a plus with great variety of breakfast and dinner that us to change the menu everyday. Receptionists were all very friendly and helpful. There was a supermarket and nice icrecream shop nearby. Direct bus to the city of Bolzano was also convenient, Overall, we liked the hotel and would definitely choose to come back next time.」
