"I would definitely stay here again. The views are amazing, the property is quiet, the pool and sauna were great. For a family of four, we had the Deluxe Apartment and it was plenty of space. The rooms were large, the bathtubs overlooking the woods were amazing. There are a couple restaurants not too far away, but we ended up going to the grocery store and cooking at home because we wanted to spend most of our time in the room. "

I replied and received no answer I kept trying up until the day we arrived in Zurich. I kept calling but no answer, we arrived in Zurich at 3pm by 6pm we started to look for another hotel. Everything was booked by then, at 7:45pm I tried calling one more time and she answered telling us all we needed to do was go...
