We stood in line for over one hour for check-in! They need to have more efficient and faster ways to check in. No one told us that there are Kiosks for self check in.

We had our 4 year old with us and stayed 3 days!! Everyone is really awesome and the staff was absolutely amazing!!! I loved that they checked our room keys before letting us up! Valet is very nice and knowledgeable!

Everything good? The only thing I didn't like was there was a long queue to check in and the machines didn't allow me to do the automated checking.

There weren’t as many amenities for the guests from treasure Island without an extra charge. For example in order to use the Cabana in addition to the resort fees $50 p/day, we were expected to pay $250 for full day use of Cabana.

Great place to stay! We had a corner king room which was clean and had a great view of the city! Loved that there was a 24-hour CVS attached to the hotel to get anything you needed during your stay. Location was convenient to get around and walk the strip. Also easy to get an Uber/Lyft to take to Fremont Street. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again!

Our stay was horrible. Back and forth\up and down elevators 3 times until they finally got our room right. So much for kiosk quick check-in. Management was rude and not helpful. Bathrooms in lobby and casino areas were dirty. This was my first time here and I won’t return!

Paying thousand plus for 2 rooms where bathroom door doesnt lock in both and the water drain is slow and it is like you are sharing common room as you can hear people talk next door ( luckily we with kids no moaning or screaming :) from neighbors) . I wouldnt go back there again.

Great property, a bit older but most things have been updated. It was clean, well stocked, lots of amenities, great breakfast place and sports bar with great food and huge portions. Definitely recommend!!

The property is connected to Fashion Show Mall, easy to walk on foot. The pool area was excellent. I had the cheapest room called run of the house and I had a great view. I would definitely stay here again
