My daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament at Mandalay Bay Convention Center. We were in the AM wave and had to arrive by 7 am. The staff went out of their way to make sure breakfast was available to us before leaving each morning.

The property was clean. The rooms were spacious and taken care of. The parking lot was never overfilled and they have a parking garage in case it is. Parking garage above second flood didn’t have an elevator. Solution: unload at door and then park. Breakfast was hot and ready. I would change it up from eggs for sure. We had it two days in a row but they were made differently; sunny side up kind of but not runny and an omelet. Our bathroom was on the smaller side but functional. Kitchenette was stocked and the refrigerator was a large size for a change. I would recommend to anyone, they are pet friendly, and they seem very family oriented. No issues with service or check in/out.

A great place to stay with the family. I really enjoyed the breakfast options and the helpful staff members. Our beds were loose though. Any type of movement would cause a squeaking sound that was a bit disturbing. Other than that, it is an absolute great place to stay. We will be staying here again!!

Poor maintenance, dusty and not so clean (we were there after a mayor holiday), windows curtains need replacement. Good breakfast and convenient walkable distance to restaurants and the main boulevard.

Bad first stay
The hotel wis very nice and spacious, we loved the size of the room. The sheets on the bed had not been changed, just placed on the bed neatly. There was stains and hair on the sheet when I pulled the covers back, and when I called the front desk to request someone come change the sheets, I was told she was the only employee at work and she couldn’t leave the desk. I was able to come and get sheets and change the bed myself. It was very insulated as that is not my job, I am on vacation and the sheets should have been changed prior to me checking in. I liked everything else about the room, the breakfast was very good and parking was cheap. I complained prior to checking out and I was told someone would contact me, and it has been 14 days since my check out, and no follow-up. Haven’t decided if I would give this establishment another chance.

We loved staying here. The breakfast was great. There were washing machines! And the cutlery and cooking options in the room were fantastic. The room was also spacious. It was also walkable to everything. Our favourite place to stay on our holiday.
