Very clean, spacious and well decorated. The staff were incredible and very helpful, and well spoken. The spa was absolutely amazing, and I had the best massage of my life. Only disappointment was that the large pool was unavailable, so there was only the adult pool with kids in it, the hot tub was also not in service, then the adult pools kitchen was being remodeled so there wasn't any food available either. We had just wished that was made clear before hand.

Fontainebleau is the most luxurious, beautiful hotel/casino I have ever stayed at. Everything about it is top shelf. This is now my personal gold standard. Great room and furnishings, beautiful casino, terrific staff. Table stakes in the casino are high, but that is to be expected for a place like this. If the room rates fit your budget, I cannot recommend Fontainebleau enough.

I've stayed at all of the nicer hotels on the strip and was excited to try here. I enjoy the Miami location. The pools were refreshing with plenty of space, and the servers were very attentive.

Dirty Rooms!

Get ready for dirty rooms! Crumbs from previous guest everywhere to step on. Hair in shower and debris on bathroom floor. Worst of all blood or something in the window drapes!

The food and service at the pool were perfectly fine, and the location was very convenient. However, housekeeping fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed a bobby pin on the floor and confetti scattered throughout the room—clearly leftover from a previous guest. The shower was also missing shower gel. The following day, housekeeping did not replenish basic amenities like Q-tips. Additionally, the minibar appeared incomplete and disorganized, as if items had been overlooked during restocking.
