"Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en el hotel.La experiencia en general fue buena. El personal en su mayoría es muy amable y atento y la comida es deliciosa. Mantienen el área de la playa, piscina y restaurantes limpios. Además tienen buena animación. Sin embargo, hay varios detalles que creo deberían mejorar. Rentamos un bungalow y la limpieza en los baños dejaba mucho que desear. La tapa del toilet se quedaba mojada y sucia ,nos dejaban papeles higiénicos mojados. El toilet tuvo que ser reparado en dos ocasiones, después de las reparaciones no limpiaron el lugar, dejaron el cemento en el piso. Las camas se quedaban a medio hacer y era realmente inoportuno que llegaran todas las noches a cambiar las toallas, cuando se supone se deberían cambiar de día durante la limpieza de la habitación. En ocasiones ni siquiera estábamos en la habitación y aún así entraban en la tarde noche para cambiar las toallas, cuando ya habían entrado a limpiar en la mañana (lo cual me parecía inadecuado e innecesario). El mantenimiento de la piscina de los bungalows es escaso o nulo. La piscina en ocasiones tiene insectos muertos y hojas secas. Y la atención en la playa de parte del mayordomo de los VIP debería mejorarse. Si lo vimos dos veces en toda nuestra estancia fue mucho. En una ocasión pedimos aguas y jamás nos las llevaron. Y la insistencia para ser miembro del club de ellos es algo agobiante, estuvimos cuatro horas reunidos con ellos. Los chicos eran un amor pero insisten demasiado jjjj."
