「Tuvimos que pedir a los inquilinos de al lado a las 12 noche que dejasen de hacer ruido para poder descansar, se escucha todo todo.」

「Fantastic hotel, but the air conditioning had limited control, meaning we had to go to reception at 3am to get it switched back on as the room was very hot. Restaurant is superb quality, not cheap but worth treating yourself, the tiramasu is an experience. 」

「This is a great hotel in an antique Palacio. Our bed room was very impressive with 3 feet stone walls and a private balcony on Plaza Mayor. I recommend this hotel for its charm and authenticity.」

「With the exception of an issue with breakfast (which should have been included FOC but we were charged for it at checkout; at the time of writing this is under investigation by Hotels.com), we could not fault the location, the property or its management. It is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A very very minor point but there was no plugs for the kitchen sink - we did enquire but were told there weren't any.」
