「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. 「We had a truly exceptional stay at El Carmelo Mountain Lodge. What made our experience outstanding was the personalized and attentive care provided exclusively by Ms. Neyla. I was traveling with my cousin, and on our first day she became ill to her stomach. Ms. Neyla kindly prepared a homemade soup for her and assisted us in obtaining the appropriate medication.
