"We had a wonderful stay at Dreams Playa Bonita. The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. The room was clean and with a beautiful beach view. We loved that they had breakfast, lunch, and dinner all included. They also have coffee and snack shops open throughout the day! To us, this has been the best vacation destination ever!!!!"

"The property is centrally located within walking distance to a diverse selection of local restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, and shopping areas, which is a plus. Their continental breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff, specially the young ladies lack customer service enthusiasim, they can come across very rude in their disposition as though bothered. I did not like the way they check for the guest breakfast and the entrance by room number, which for me I feel its a satefy concern when you travel alone. I suggest giving the host your last name as opposed to your room number. There are a lot of guest, and strangers amongst the population and giving out your room number out loud is an issue. She is also rude, if she can't manage the amount of rooms while maintaning the grace of a host, she should not be dealing with people per my observation and experience."
