This Sleep Inn was disgusting. I’m sure the room was not completely cleaned and definitely not vacuumed. The shower had hair in it and the bathroom smelled like somebody just dropped a #2. The comforter had pet hair on it and several dark spots, and the other bed didn’t have a comforter. My wife had to buy some disinfectant wipes, some Lysol spray and a toilet wand to clean the bathroom and shower before we could use them. We would have complained to the front desk, but we were exhausted from a full day of work and travel. Never again at this hotel!

Unfortunately - upon arrival between 5:30pm-6pm we were given access to the rooms to find only 1 of the 4 units we reserved was made up, and the one was poorly cleaned. Once made up - it appeared they only put clean sheets on the beds and clean towels. The carpet was not cleaned nor were the surfaces. This property has great potential - but the cleaning staff needs to be educated/trained to make this property successful. When we approached the cleaning lady she was NOT happy she had to make up our rooms. The front desk woman was pleasant and apologetic - indicated she would have to make up the rooms if the cleaning staff did not complete their work properly. Seems you are understaffed and the staff you have is overworked and not doing quality work.

Overall a “meh” location. Safe and close to NMSU, staff was VERY nice, pool was small and the amenities are few, small tv, beds clean but average. No fridge in our room, one ice machine for entire building. Breakfast was ok, small but I’m c’mon it’s free.

Had to go to the office 1 to 2 times a day to have key reprogrammed. Was very inconvenient when you park by the door on the otherside and have walk around to the front office to get in. The lady at the office insisted I kept putting it next to electronics, but it was in my back pocket. Let alone the system should be updated if electronics are causing conflict with security.

I like the fact it was close to the medical facility. I did not like having to swipe my door key 5 or more times before they open the door and the beds were to stiff for me making it uncomfortable to sleep in.

The property was nice and staff was great! However, the rooms were not very clean. Bed sheets had markings on it so I asked for new ones and there was hair all over the new ones. Carpet didn’t seemed throughly vacuumed and the shower didn’t seemed like it was clean since there was leftover soap residue. The lack of cleanliness made it uncomfortable to stay.

Property in the photos seemed more updated than it was. Room looked as if it had not been vacuumed and had stains on the carpeting. Property itself seemed to not be updated as pictures suggested.

Staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and towels were in good condition. The property overall is tired and needs lots of touch ups. Carpeting was worn. No fitness center.

Amazing-pick this one!
This was a great place to stay. Celeste welcomed us after midnight, upgraded our room and couldn’t have been any nicer. The hotel we stayed at the day before felt bothered that we had to even check in and barely spoke. As someone told us before, you almost feel like you should apologize for staying at those places. But not this one! It was nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great and Amanda was also great at the front desk. We didn’t see any critters, bugs, or anything, but we know those happen in this part of the country so it wouldn’t have been a big deal. I don’t know why so many people put they saw bugs, roaches, etc. because there’s no way to keep them all out. I bet they’ve all seen one or two in their own houses! Anyway, this will definitely be a stop in our future cross country trips as the price was right and the employees certainly made it a pleasurable stay.

The front desk staff were the only ones I talked to, and they provided excellent customer service. The place is attractive, the room was very comfortable and quiet, and the coffee and hot breakfast were very good. The location is convenient.
