「We were so impressed by this hotel. Fabulous room, very comfortable and spacious. The pool was great but mostly it was the welcoming and accommodating staff who made our visit so special. They were so helpful. We got room service instead of eating in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The Operations Manager who was on firing the evening of our visit made it such an easy process and the food was delicious. 」

「Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.」

「It was fantastic 2 nights . I proposed to my lady in a lovely romantic place, couldn’t be better . Didn’t get much as gift from them but the place is just amazing . We love it and planned to go there once a year.. Didn’t have £ to give tips esp the valet but he was a nice guy .. next time 」
