Excellent location right next to the beach and Villa clean and comfortable, with a lovely sized pool. Jacuzzi bath very broken and would have appreciated washing powder/dishwasher powder being provided but otherwise all was fine.

Highly recommended property to stay! Located just few minutes away from the beach. Restaurants and shop in walking distance. A very quiet neighbourhood where you can enjoy your relaxing holiday (our neighbours where a bit noisy though). Super clean and staff are helpful and very friendly!

Beautiful facilities and great location. Only problem was one day turning on the water heater caused power to the entire villa to go out, but that was quickly fixed that evening.

Fabulous beach-front villa with hotel amenities

I stayed at the four bedroom apartment. It offers direct view on the beach, which is amazing. The villa is spacious and is exactly as depicted in the pictures posted by the hotel. I loved how friendly the staff are. The villa is luxurious, comfortable and very clean. It is very close to the beach and you could just walk to the beach. The pool with sun-beds in the villas was picture perfect. The villa is very close to a few super markets and is just off the main road which has a large number of restaurants. The street is beautiful at night. There is a playground for kids also on that street. The villa is very close to Protaras main street (less than 10 min drive away) and to Ayia Napa (15-20 mins away).Given that these villas are part of the Louis Althea Beach Hotel, you enjoy hotel services like daily housekeeping, breakfast (if you want) and access to the concierge. Overall, this place was amazing and is highly recommended especially if you are traveling with families or with kids.

Family trip at Althea Kalamies Villa with pool

Louis Althea Kalamies Luxury Villas was a neat experience!!!! In Villa there are nice materials used all around and everything looks exactly like in photos at their website. We were impressed!!! Maintenance was working very well fex. they provided new towels (also to the beach) every day. Aircondition worked nicely separately in every room. At the hotel reception could help us with all our question and one of them (Jaana)even spoke finnish!!! Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything felt very close. It was so convenient to have your own kitchen& bathroom close by and especially THE POOL at your own backyard. You could really relax and have your privacy. You could also see the beach and be there in a minute. Great and very easy "consept" with kids. Supermarkets, restaurants and other stores are very close. You could eat at a different restaurant every day. A very relaxing holiday - Thank you Louis Althea! The only negative thing was that we had a few tiny little ants in our kitchen. Not many but still.

Great villa - very high standard

Chose this Villa as a late year get away (October) and was not disappointed. The accommodation was of excellent standard - very stylish and high spec. The kitchen had everything you needed - new and very clean - and the outside area was great too. Staff were very helpful and friendly and they had stocked the fridge with water, wine, juice and fresh fruit on our arrival - very welcome as we had a late night arrival. They also popped round with cakes and a bottle of rose mid-week! The rooms were serviced daily, which was a really great - fresh towels (including beach), beds made and all rooms tidied. We had access to the main hotel and the beach and pool were great, although we didn't eat in the restaurant so cannot comment on that. The location is as close to the beach as you can get and the resort has loads of restaurants in walking distance, ranging from traditional to kebab, sports bars and a Mexican (!) There are also a couple of up market places that had excellent menus. I'd recommend these villa's unreservedly - great for families, very relaxing and peaceful with a lot of facilities in walking distance.

Worth the high payment

Location, location location. At the center of the village. 70m from the woderfull Althea beach. The private beach of the hotel is even better. Suitable for families. Extra 2 beds at the living area. Will come back
