"The hotel was just as described in the pictures. My room was wonderful very big and a good price for what I had in it. There was a fire alarm pulled and we thought that there should have been better communication with us of what was going on. But the next day Guest Service Ambassador Catheline Patrick was wonderful at our checkout with giving us information. She was very pleasant, very professional and made my group and I feel a lot better about it. She was wonderful!!!!! This was a group trip that we plan on doing yearly. I will definitely be staying there in the future when we come in for our trip. "

"The room was not up to par. They was remodeling and we changed the room because the other room was real dirty like the tub of the towels and all that so the other room that we went to was no better it just glazed the tub and do some painting, but it’s still the drapes is nasty with stains on and stuff like that. It was just gross. "

"overall, great place to stay if you’re in town with your significant other whilst here for the Parx and Rec center just 2 miles away! 🐎 Races n now.. The Poker room is A+ as well, with good action throughout the night if you’re a winged bat, lol… you know honesty as a series maybe this place is nice a little pricey I am out some rooms are better than others. Some need to be updated and look like they belong out of the 70’s straight out of Hue Heffs mansion, but a budget version if the latter lol… but definitely some rooms are better than others. I stayed in two separate rooms on my stay at this Loc.. id give them 4.5 stars out five.. like I said only thing is a bit pricey TBH."

"Very convenient location. It was clean initially but the cleaning people didn’t clean the room during our visit. The lights went off but the staff made an announcement and the lights were restored soon after. First day the shower was Colesbut it was good all the other days. I would stay here again because it is in the middle of everything it’s clean I felt safe there. Parking wasn’t too expensive. And besides a few little hiccups it was really nice."
