「Room was not clean old food on night stand dirt and other debris on floor hair in beds. Coffee pot not cleaned in a while inch of dust on it. Air conditioner was filthy」

「The beds were nice and comfortable. The room had a heavy sickening spray odor that is nauseating to me. The AC unit got rid of most of it but it still lingered at the door jamb for our stay. The shower had no grab bar, and it was set inside a tub which had no safety strips on the floor of the tub. It was extremely slippery. For those 2 reasons alone I will never return to this hotel. The toilet and shower were enclosed in a small room by themselves, and the sink was in the entryway to the room,...

「I liked the finishes in the room. It felt clean and nice. We used the laundry facilities. The laundry soap vending machine didn't work, but we were able to get detergent at the front desk.」

「Charged $50 cleaning fee. Was told linen kept disappearing and this was a way to charge for missing items. Our room had 1 washcloth & 2 bath towels and no bar soap. There was supposed to be 2 washcloths and one bar soap. Talked with manager and he said the missing washcloth wasn't a problem. It seems like a good way to charge customers for missing items, just don't put them in the room. One sheet was stained from top to bottom with two holes about 2 feet apart. My husband had a toxic reaction to chemicals used in the room. They said they would reimburse us for the next night we had paid for. We haven’t heard anything.」

「Absolute Dump! Not as pictured, some of the motel is burned and lots of homeless hang out on the balconies. No Smoke Detector in room, no garbage can even after asking front desk 3x, and key card stops working every day so have to go get it reset. Lots of health code violations and should not be allowed to operate and EXPEDIA should not have it on their listings AT ALL. Worst experience EVER! Mr. YUCK!」
