Clean Safe and Modern but Showers need work.
The stay was pretty okay. O wasnt expecting much with the price just a basic clean stay and that was what I got. We were put on the 18th floor of what seemed like a brand new building. Perhaps that's why there was poor water pressure in the showers making showers a chore.

I’ve been going to Cebu ever since I was little. We go like 2-3 times a year and we like trying new hotels but we also have our favorites. This is my first time trying Savoy and let’s just say, I won’t be coming back. Our room was dirty, the bathroom is too small and they use shower curtains, who uses curtains for a hotel these days? There were molds even inside the room floor. The walls are not good too. I especially hate that the electric kettle is filthy! I asked for a clean one, I was given worse than the one in my room. The beach however is nice, like 5 minutes ride from the hotel, the shower is outdoor, the changing room and toilets are again dirty. Some had broken doors, no water in the toilet. Dirty, wet and gross! I hope they clean and maintain the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel. They maybe a “budgeted” hotel compared to the others but they have a reputation to keep. They need to do a better job cleaning! This is embarrassing especially to the guests and tourists.

Pleasant stay for a layover
Booked this hotel for an overnight stay between flights. It is at a very convenient location with basic amenities, restaurants, and shops around. Taxis are readily available downstairs as well. Some things that I noticed though was the internet in the room was a bit slow, and there was no trash bags for the bins. Those are the factors that prevents me from giving it a 5/5 - 4/5 is my rating. Still does not diminish the overall experience being pleasant. If you want to be based in the city area during your stay, it might be better to book another hotel since it is a distance away.

Good hotel great staff
My stay was good, hotel itself is good and well maintained, although the room is stayed in was basic but it was perfect for my stay as I was looking to do activities and spend the day out. The pool it’s small but it serve its purpose to cool you down but there’s no sun-beds or places to enjoy the sun. Did try to go to the beach only to find nothing there and the two sun-beds were used one by the builders and the other one by a family. A bit disappointed. Breakfast has an abundance of choices and staff super friendly and super helpful, which made my stay better. Location is good specially for diving or to be near the airport but that’s it Overall is a good hotel and great staff
