「Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful.」
「The moment we arrived Francesco greeted us warmly. The room was clean, quiet and had a lovely terrace we could enjoy along with onsite parking. The pool while unheated was a great place to relax at. Fabio, the bartender at the bar provide us excellent service and was always working hard. He’s a great representation of what good customer service should be. The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to...
「Niemand aanwezig bij aankomst, sleutel lag met een brief waar je naam op stond op de desk.
Het was schoon, maar de bedden waren vreselijk.
De veren staken in je kont.
Ontbijt was minimaal.」
「This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are gorgeous and very comfortable. Service was impeccable and the team is very helpful, super friendly. It’s expensive but comes with a number of nice perks. Well worth it.」
