「Arrivé à 18h le vendredi, j’ai due comprendre que le Check in se faisait dans un autre bâtiment qui s’occupait de la tyrolienne, mini golf et restauration rapide, c’est tellement logique. Ensuite, le personnel très agréable, ne parle pas un mot d’anglais (dommage pour un établissement hôtelier). Mais après on ne peut pas demander une a gentille serveuse de parler anglais, chacun son métier, je pense plutôt que la direction devrait mettre les bonnes personnes au bon endroit. 「We zaten hier tijdens de hittegolf. Geen airco of koelkast op de kamer, dus dat was minder. Alle deuren en ramen stonden open in het restaurant, wat ook veel vliegen aantrekt natuurlijk. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en uitgebreid en werd pas op tafel gezet als je daar was, door de warmte. Dus groot pluspunt. Het eten in het restaurant was ook heel lekker.」

Dieser Eindruck verfolg aber schnell, als der Lampenschirm der Bettlampe abfiel, sich die Fenster nicht wirklich verdunkeln ließen, der Fußboden im Bad sich ablöste, eine Schraube aus dem Fußboden heraus ragt. 「Nice rooms, but not a 5* hotel. Breakfast was very limited - the type of breakfast you would get in a 3* hotel. For hot dishes you had to pay extra while we already paid 500€ per night including breakfast. No value for money. 」

「Not only is the hotel in a great location for events at Spa Francochamps but the reception and waiting staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way for us. Underground parking was great with wide bays for the car (car peeps will understand) and the buffet breakfast was well stocked and replenished constantly by the waiting staff.」
