「The gentleman at the reception was amazing and very professional however the room was in very poor condition, the shower is as wide as a portable public restroom can’t even vent to reach your foot unless you capable of lifting you foot up . The toilet was as low as a daycare toilet and toilet cover was deteriorating the water faucet had visible mold the room smelled awful and I asked for room to be serviced due to after 3 days no one has stopped by to clean . 「Upon arrival I was greeted by a cockroach crawling on the floor through the dark. I went back up to the front desk and the clerk tried passing it off like that’s normal in Florida. It’s not. I’ve lived here for 20 years and never seen a cockroach in a hotel before. I named him bed because he probably lives there. The clerk was nice a gave me a new room after I told him about Bed the cockroach.
Also, there was some white substance on the counter. Idk what it was but these two things...
