「Last minute trip. Not many options. It turned out much better than my expectations. The room is clean and nicely decorated, the bed is very comfy. Separate bathroom comes with steam shower also very roomy and well decorated. The hotel located in the very quiet and safe area. Overall I’ve had great experience. 」

The building (built in 1830) was excellently maintained, and furnishings/decor struck the perfect balance between period and modern. The included breakfast was cooked and served in the upstairs dining room (former ballroom/meeting room). Parking was adequate and on site. 「Had a wonderful 3 days here. Madeleine and Ken, were excellent and helpful hosts, providing suggestions for walks, wineries and restaurants. The daily homemade breakfast was delicious and varied each day. We particularly loved the fresh homemade muffins and scones. Lovely touch to have access to complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks through the day as well. Great location, comfortable room and an easy walk into town. 」
