Of the four drawers on the dressing table in our room, 3 of the handles were broken- a check on these kind of things would elevate the score. We would come back and the placement of the hotel is great and gives you such quick access to the history of Carcassonne. "

"Staff doesnt care at all about the clients. We asked for restaurants advice and also to get the taxi boats. They couldnt care less. We felt like an ATM machine. Poor breakfast for 12Eur. Nothing fresh, only old croissants and bread. Poor food in the restaurant unfortunately because the manager was very nice. Nice pool although the area needs some upgrade. Nice room with good AC and shower, though small. "

"Very handy location for train station and the walk up to the arena, Roman museum etc. Air con worked well. Helpful on front desk. Map pin is not in quiet the right place and the entrance to the hotel is not easy to spot. Doorway is on raised walkway 3 doors to the left of a very hand City Carrefore minimart. Room was quiet. Good price. Both the central bus station and the railway station are on the doorstep. Bus to Arles 2 euro!"
