Basic but good

Quick, friendly check in, spacious, clean room with patio chairs and table. Complimentary tea bags and cups but no kettle. Basic bathroom that lacked body wash and shampoo. Across the street from Underwater World, duty free shops and beach. Plenty of eateries in close proximity.

Terrible place

Terrible place! Flthy room, even worse bathroom with everything broken and dirty. Room clean up means only changing towels, not actual cleaning nor changing bed linens. Discusting. There are no sun beds by the pool, the staff’s suggestion was to lay on the conrete floor. Ridiculous.

Stay was quite pathetic and an awful experience. They charge an extra 53 ringgit as deposit and return the 50 ringgit upon checkout. Washrooms are the dirtiest that you can imagine. No hand faucet, no hot water, no fan. The split AC in the room is a joke, it not only weeps when trying to cool but also stops in the middle of the night. The photos of this place is a graphic editor’s creative visualization. Also, they don’t provide toiletries and parking space. If you park the car in their space, you have to drop the keys with them.

No-Smile Hotel

Us: Good morning/ Hello! Front desk: ... (One lady with glasses was friendly, other ones were not!) Good location, decent slides in the small pool but bad service and only 1 socket in the room worked. Very dark room, no place to put laptop. Refrigerator out of power whenever you leave the room so what’s the point of providing one? We’ve stayed at 10 hotels on this long trip now and this one was the worst one.

The hotel is old, dead. Dirt and trash, and this is near the reception! The toilet near the pool is dirty and stink. It's scary to go in. The staff is not friendly, it reacts very badly to requests. We were planted in a very bad room. The sockets worked and sewers flowed straight from the sink to their feet. After long negotiations, we managed to get another number. It turned out to be more acceptable. The hotel left no pleasant memories. I do not recommend it! Отель старый, убитый. Грязь и мусор, и это возле ресепшена! В туалете возле бассейна грязь и вонь. Страшно туда заходить.Персонал не приветливый, на просьбы реагирует очень плохо. Нас зазелили в очень плохой номер. Розетки на работали и из раковины текла канализация прям на ноги. После долгих переговоров нам удалось получить другой номер. Он оказался более приемлемым. Отель оставил не приятные воспоминания. Не рекомендую!

아주 좋았어요.

가족과 함께 갔었는데 아이들이 많이 좋아했습니다. 수영장이 2개 였고 아이들이 즐기기에 최고였구요. 체낭비치와도 가까워서 편리했고, 체낭몰 가기도 좋고 특히 저녁에 야시장과 가까워 행복한 여행이 되었습니다.

Memang le bajet Hotel but... Tak kan tak ada shampoo Dan shower gel... Ada satu botol sabun tapi tk tahu sabun ape... Air cond pun tk berapa kuat... TV channel ada 3 aje OK le... Parking tak ada so klau nk keluar jejalan balik tk ada parking coz saya pakai kereta sewa... Sangat susah... Kolam renang kanak2 cantik cuma tak berapa selamat...

The swimming pool was really good, especially for kids. The rooms were big however the tv was very small compared to room size, lighting in the room was very dim, no shampoo/conditioner in washroom. Location was excellent, staff friendly.

The location is good. It is located close to the beach and a number of restaurants. Only found out later that room is only cleaned and coffee etc replaced if you ask. We weren't told this, so bought our own. We stayed on the ground floor. There were students in the room on the floor above us. We got no sleep. We complained to reception, but received no feedback and the noise continued through every night. Unpleasant. It would be worth asking for a room on higher levels.

The room aircon is not cold even though I've left it on for few hours and the temp setting is 21 degree C. The one that is most frustrating is that the hotel management doesn't seem serious on the customer's satisfaction. I complained about the TV channel in my room that only 1 channel is available. First day complaint and I was told it will be resolved the next day. However the next day still with 1 channel only. Make another complaint and was told on the spot that that's all they can do. So for the rest of the remaining two days I have only 1 channel to watch. Also the water pressure is low and no toiletries in the bathroom.
