4 night stay in here with no regrets. Tiptop rate for cleanliness, nice bed and room and friendly staffs. May not miss the sun rise every morning with the paddy field view.

The location is next to rice field. We got the sunrise view from our porch. The room itself is comfortable and cheap.

Cloud 9 Guest House- An excellent stay

I stayed at Cloud 9 Guest House for 5 days and 4 nights. It's only 5 minutes away from Langkawi Airport. The room is really great for the price I paid. The people working there also are very friendly and really helpful. Neighbourhood is very quiet and has no food shops nearby. But if you rent a scooter/car, food will not be a problem as you are only 10 minutes away Cenang Town where you can find many restaurants and mini/supermarkets. When I was there, I rented a scooter from Cenang for 3 days (rm30 per day) and I found it easier to travel around. Cenang town is 10 minutes away, Kuah town is 20-25minutes away (the duration will be shorter if you ride faster). As I said earlier, the people of Cloud 9 GH were very helpful. They helped me to rent a scooter. On the last day they even helped me to return the scooter as it was raining and arranged the return of my deposit (deposit I paid for the scooter) efficiently. Overall it was really a good stay at Cloud 9 GH and if I go to Langkawi again, i would definitely stay there.

Great stay

We had a great stay in the guesthouse thanks to the owner and his family. They helped us to find motorbike and other services around the guesthouse and they are really friendly. The guesthouse looks brand new, it is very clean and quiet, just a bit isolated from the main places to visit. You would need to have your own transport.
