「The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained`. Everything worked, bed was super comfortable, and the on-site managers were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. Great security, ample parking, close to everything. It was our first stay and we will definitely be back.」

「No kitchen, room had microwave and coffee pot both units cords didn't reach outlets! I had to switch around both to reach an outlet, microwave had be turned on its side as well to use. Coffee offered in room was terrible ended up buying jar of instant, lol」

「The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! 」

「It would be great if the resort had family style bikes . Like the ones on the beach. The staff said they had them before but only single rider bikes are available now. That's unfortunate for the kids that don't know how to use them with out training wheels . Same with some adults!」

「We stayed for two days, and there was no housekeeping. The rooms needed maintenance, and overall, this is a place that I will put on my do not visit list and I will no longer look into.」

「We stayed in a suite for one night and the carpet was so dirty it made our feet black… the pool was not up-kept and we waited at the front desk for 5+ minutes before anyone came around to help us check in.」

「The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It was right on the Gulf of America with a nice little park for kid, a walkway and Pavilion to enjoy the view. The Inn is located in a more residential neighborhood which was a plus for me. The restaurant in the Inn was obviously used by the locals, and I can understand why, the food and service was very good. We plan to visit again.」
