I had a very frustrating experience at this B&B Hotel. Upon check-in, I clearly informed the front desk staff that I was traveling alone, even though my Expedia booking defaulted to two guests. The staff member then asked if I wanted to add breakfast, and told me it would be around €13. I agreed.
However, I was charged €26 instead of €13, clearly a double charge. I noticed this immediately on the terminal and asked her to cancel and refund the extra amount. She told me not to worry, that she would talk to her manager and handle the refund.
The next morning, I followed up and she admitted she hadn't done it yet but would definitely take care of it that day. It's now been days and I still haven't received any refund.
Very disappointing to be misled like this—especially after I asked twice, politely. Unprofessional and dishonest service. I do not recommend this hotel.
