"Didn't understand the elevators to the room. Confusing. Had to carry heavy luggages up to half a stair. The way the elevators display the floors is confusing. Spent some time to find our way to the room and also back to the lobby."

"There was a connecting line to downtown Vienna right in front of the property and it was easy to use. It is made up of multiple "houses" where House 2 is the only "House" with inside access to the public parking garage. All inside areas of the property require access codes and it had cameras everywhere. ..."
