Breakfast was excellent - fantastic and extensive options. The pool and spa area was lovely. Fruit, snacks, tea and coffee was always available. The shuttle was extremely handy for getting around town. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were for the most part helpful and friendly.

The spa was absolutely amazing.. the owners were so very helpful and accommodating. Fiber was excellent as were the drinks from the bar. We don’t have a negative thing to say about or stay! The breakfast! So abundant and tasty!

GREAT STAFF! The room was amazing and the views are fantastic. The staff hit that perfect balance between attentive without being annoying. Every member of the staff was friendly and professional. The room was perfect and the entire experience was great. The only downside was the steep hill from the town to the hotel. We walked it a couple of times but paid for a taxis a few times as well.

Lovely hotel, very relaxing

We stayed for 4 nights over Easter. Beautiful and comfortable hotel, very quiet, would definitely stay there again! Breakfast was great. Close to the ski lifts (5 min by feet). Room was lovely and quiet, with a balcony; we also appreciate the efforts for the environment, e.g., no single use toiletries and they are not wrapped in plastic. Staff was nice. The spa was also a great surprise - very nicely done, with 2 saunas, 1 hammam, a pool with massage beds, and lots of space to relax. I can only mention very minor things for improvement: prices felt 10-20% too high at the restaurant so we went elsewhere for dinner, and (sometimes, not always) the lack of respect for spa rules by some guests - quite a few people were not respecting the no-clothes rules in the spa and being loud, which was awkward. Perhaps a little reminder upon check-in would help.

Die Mitarbeiter machen den Unterschied

Sehr exklusiv. Trotz des ganzen Luxus den dieses Hotel bietet, jederzeit auch noch "am Boden geblieben". Und den Unterschied machen die Mitarbeiter! Ich möchte niemanden explizit hervorheben, alle waren sehr motiviert und haben uns 2 extrem schöne Tage bereitet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: der Boden in der Panoramasauna was sooo heiß, daß man nicht drauf gehen konnte, da wäre ein Holz oder Kunststoffrost sinnvoll. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen!

Das Hotel macht einen guten ersten Eindruck. Angekommen erhält man auch einen Welcomedrink, was positiv ist. Unser Zimmer war etwas ringhörig und es fand an einem Abens eine Party statt. Die Aussage war dann einfach: Sorry, wir haben eine Party. Da ein Hotel von seiner Dienstleistung lebt, hätten wir uns hier eine andere Lösung gewünscht. Der Kundenservice lässt in einigen Punkte sehr zu wünschen übrig. Lange Wartezeiten, keine Minute länger Frühstück und auch die Bar schliesst pünktlich um 23:00 ohne dass die letzte Runde angekündigt wird. Plus Punkte; - Wellness Bereich - tolles Frühstück - der Chef macht ein super tolles und grosszügiges Wine tasting - kostenloser Parkplatz Minus Punkte: - Gastfreundlichkeit - Öffnungszeiten im Wellness - Service-Personal (langes Warten, die Arbeit nicht sehen wollen, Kunden ignorieren, sichtlich unmotiviert) - das Personal ist gestresst obwohl nicht viele Leute vor Ort sind Alles in allem ganz ok, aber wir würden die Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.

Lovely stay and great hospitality!

My husband and I had a great stay at Hotel Fahrner! We arrived too late to eat at any nearby restaurants, but the owner was very kind and made us sandwiches! Breakfast was also wonderful. The room was super clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony breathtaking!

Ein Hotel in dem wir immer wieder übernachten werden

Das Hotel liegt über dem Ort Sankt Anton Nahe der Ortsmitte und Gondel. Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne und diese sind zu Recht vergeben. Das Hotel besitzt kostenlose Parkplätze und Kostenloses WLAN das hervorragend funktioniert. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und großzügig eingerichtet. Leider gibt es keine Sauna oder SPA Bereich, wo man sich nach einer Wanderung erholen kann. Das Essen ist sensationell und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, frisch und sehr dekorativ. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge und wenn man eine besondere Landschaft kennenlernen möchte, sollte man auf Autobahnen verzichten. Ein besonderer Tipp ist der Bregenzer Wald der in Richtung Bregenz und Lindau führt. Hier kann man auch sehr gut wandern.

Accueil chaleureux, cuisine raffinée et vaste choix pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique. Les activités à proximité sont diverses ( Rando, vélo,visites,piscine, golf,vélo, E bike, etc..) Fourniture par l'hôtel d'une carte été donnant accès à diverses activités. À recommander. 4 stjerne er helt fortjent

God,fleksibel og meget venlig modtagelse ved ankomsten, god 4 retters aftensmad. Overvældende og meget lækker morgen buffet. Hyggeligt hotel med Alpesjæl, rent og pænt alle steder. Helt sikkert et sted vi vil vælge en anden gang.
