For those looking to stay for longer periods, and have some of the creature comforts of being attached to a hotel (like room cleaning, room service etc) without having to stay in a hotel, definitely recommend this place. The location was excellent as had almost literally doorstep access to 3 lifts to go up to different parts of the mountains, as well as close by bus station and rail station to go elsewhere within the area as well as Austria quite easily. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The quality of the "hard" side of the lodge was good, and was very spacious and relaxing. Overall a very good stay, and good value for money.

Possibly the best property in St Anton!

Wow! What a lovely property. We are two couples who travelled to St Anton to Ski. Galzig Lodge is a fantastic option (possible the best option) for any families or groups of friends that are in the area to ski. We stayed in the top floor suite which has a living room, kitchen, massive 55" flat screen TV - a very large balcony and 2 rooms with ensuite bathrooms (with saunas). It is literally directly across from the Galzig lift and is next to the learning slopes for beginners. The building has a sports shop in the building where you can rent ski/snow boarding gear and also store it when not in use! The lift from the suites go down to the store! There is a fantastic bar/restaurant on the ground floor which also acts as room service. Breakfast is served in your room (which is very substantial and of a very-high quality). The butler is on call for most of the day. The suite on the top floor was very quite and we had no issues with noise outside. The suite is designed to a very high standard.
