"Its location is very convenient to visit the old Bilbao. Having to check in in one location and the room in another was a little confusing but the staff did an amazing job guiding us"

"The staff at this hotel is incredibly slow and unhelpful. We asked about a leaking bathroom pipe, but it wasn’t fixed even after two days. Parking is mandatory and they charge extra, even though the hotel is in a remote location. The breakfast is also mediocre."

"The rooms are sparse, felt more like a dorm rooms, but the pool was very nice and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The place is a bit out of the way from all the action of San Sebastián so you need a taxi to get around."
