「but that's complicated to check in the apartment, the reception was far away from the apartment itself and really hard to find, and the key had to be collected in the reception before heading to the place.」

「The staff here is very helpful, friendly, and available 24/7. The location was perfect - close to restaurants and stores, yet it is in a quiet location away from the main road (strada). Their inside restaurant has delicious food and a charming atmosphere - inside and out. 」

「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.」

「La casa es acogedora, pequeña, pero suficiente para el uso que le hemos dado. Decorada con gusto. Barrio muy tranquilo. Si tengo que ponerle algún "pero": la instalación eléctrica tenía algunas deficiencias en cuanto a la iluminación. Este es el único motivo por el que no le he dado 5 estrellas.」

The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though. Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel. "
