"We loved our room. Very clean and comfy. A little taken aback when housekeeping knocked on the door and just entered. Freaked out my son who was sleeping on the sofa bed. Next time we will be sure to put up the do not disturb sign"
"Not really a family hotel. It’s smaller and there is not really an area to congregate for things like game night etc. There is no gym inside the hotel. The gym options are a pass to the YMCA across the street or a very small on site gym that is only accessed by going outside and into the parking garage. In my opinion, not very safe. There is no pool on sight. The rooms are really small. The hardwood floors in the rooms were off putting. The hotel, including the rooms, had very poor lighting. The staff is friendly. The house keepers and the woman taking care of breakfast were very friendly. The surrounding area has a lot of small shops and restaurants that we were able to visit. This was enjoyable. I would stay here again only if for business or a short trip with a very small group. It was not a bad experience, just not what I was expecting. Hotels.com were not very helpful. There was a mixup in the booking fees. The front desk clerk helped us figure things out at checkout."
"The location was convenient to Lancaster area shops we were interested in. The room was clean and had two comfortable rocking chairs that we enjoyed. Perfect place for our weekend."
