「退房後十分可怕。一直質疑陽台少桌子，即使提供開箱房間的照片佐證，仍然一直信件稍擾，還好有錄影片，提供影片後持續以影片有病毒無法開啟，不堪其擾。最後又傳信件道歉打擾。其實，可以查監視錄影機，身為遊客究竟對陽台桌子能有什麼企圖？再者，桌子這種大件傢俱，當繳給租客時，怎麼會分不清有沒有這個傢俱呢？從上午8點多退房，被這種無聊問題騷擾到晚上11點多。感受十分不好」

「Great condo with separate living room. The room also had a washing machine. Very clean. Great location with a lot of parking space. We will comme again when we go back to Chiang Mai. We also recommend the beef noodle place in front of condo. 」

「房間超舒服，什麼都有，交通很方便，隔音也很好」

「准确的说，周边环境，方便程度都是可以的！但是由于是新建好的，所以卫生问题很大，房间中的味道也很大，如果是带孩子的绝对不推荐这里！浴巾在掉毛，热水器的热水调到最大也不算很热。电热水壶全新的没有处理过的，壶里味道很大，也许我是这个房间的第一名住客！」

「The owner is a very nice guy, as we are staying 10 days there, we requested for one time cleaning up and late checkout time, he immediately acknowledged and arranged it. We are very happy to stay there. Location is good, walking distance to Anusarn Market and other night markets nearby.」

「1. Every staffs are warm and kind. There is no front desk but I have no problem throughout my stay because I am alway connected to host Tom via on-line. 2. Excellent for kids - Sony PS is there with big TV screen!!! My two sons preferr this apartment rather than 5 star resorts now. 3. I learned that the area of Nimman suffers from the big noise of airplanes.But don't worry! The apartment provides free ear plugs.」

「Rooms are clean and large without inserts. The beds are medium soft with comfortable that every one sleeps good. Location is perfect and near to night market and shopping plazas.」

「This property is in a great location for getting around Chiang Mai. The room was spacious with a separate sleeping area a comfortable couch for our child. The only negative is minor. The TV had international cable channels, but all the English ones had very poor sound quality. But that is more a problem of the cable service than the room.」
