good location. service needs improving.

The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants, supermarket, and the port. It is of decent size. Each room has its own air-conditioner. In the kitchen, there is no kettle. In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, which cannot be used when the air-conditioners are turned on, as it would overload the circuit. Drinks and water were provided on our arrival, which was really nice. The receptionists were very helpful, but it was a bit difficult to communicate with them. When we had a power cut, we were not able to reach them so we had to find help from the neighbours. It would be nice if the receptionists could provide more useful information early on, as it was too late for us to find out online reservation was needed for Rabbit Beach. The receptionist helped us book a boat, but gave us the wrong name/address/time. We were told that we could not rent a scooter for one day, but that was not true, as we managed to rent one ourselves.
