"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. "This is a wonderful resort not far from Chiang Mai. The check and and out was fast. The room was clean with a comfortable mattress. The pool was clean and nearby the room. The restaurant provided a good dinner. The breakfast buffet had made to order egg dishes, many hot dishes, pastries, Thai desserts and fruits. The grounds were very beautiful. I have stayed here on 3 different occasions and have enjoyed this resort. I recommend Horizon for a nice getaway"
