Wasn't quite what we expected but turned out well

To be honest we had not done our homework properly so we didn't realise when we booked that this was more of a homestay than a commercial resort. So our first impressions when we were arrived were a bit strange. There was no signage and a closed gate - we thought the place had closed or we had the wrong address. When we drove in the gate there was nobody around - we eventually saw someone waving from the furthest building. We had a friendly check in - quite informal - but the place was so deserted initially it felt a little creepy. We were shown to our room - it had an overpowering air freshener smell - we had to open all the windows for a couple of hours to clear the smell. That always makes me think the fragrance is attempting to cover up some other smell. It just wasn't necessary and as one of us had a bad cold it was a little bit irritating to the nose. Anyway - we went out in the afternoon and returned in the evening. The place was very quiet and nicely lit. We slept well - apart from some slightly noisy people in the room next door which is not the owner's fault. In the morning the atmosphere was very different. The staff at breakfast were lovely and we had a great experience eating a lovely feast while overlooking the pool with a great view of the fields. Best bread we had in 2 weeks in Thailand. There were no other guests at breakfast and we felt treated very well. Checkout was friendly and helpful - we left quite early as we were on a road trip. Overall a nice stay.

Hervorragende Adresse für Ruhe suchende Erwachsene

Ideales Hotel für Ruhe Suchende, sehr schönes Ambiente und familiäre Führung des Hotels durch den Chef, der sich rund um die Uhr um die Gäste kümmert und in der Regel erfolgreich versucht, alle Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Sehr individuelle, mittlerweile erweiterte Speisekarte bei hervorragender Qualität der Speisen. Die Frau des Chefs kocht selbst! Lampang liegt noch abseits des allgemeinen Touristenstroms und ist eine Reise wert.

Serene, comfort and perfect holiday in Lampang

We stayed for 3 nights in a standard room. The room have 1 double bed which was very comfortable and 1 single bed. good shower with hot water and tv with local and international channels. What makes this resort special is the serene and relaxed atmosphere. It is faced a rice field, a lovely scene to watch while you eat breakfast or take a swim at the swimming pool or just relaxed at the club house. Other areas of this resort have a lovely garden with a lot of rabbits and a pond. We had our own car so we traveled at day time. Thanks to the advice and maps of the friendly owner of the resort we visited interesting places that otherwise we would not know about them so it made our holiday in Lampang perfect by all means.

Eine wirklich wunderschöne Anlage und der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Wir haben gerne das Angebot genutzt und einen Tag Fahrräder ausgeliehen. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nichts Besonderes. Absolut empfehlenswert sind die Suppen, die man zum Abendessen bestellen kann. Achtung: pro Tag sind für 2 Personen nur 2 kleine Flaschen Trinkwasser inkludiert, jede weitere wird mit knapp einem EUR berechnet.

The resort offers excellent hospitality, and the best thing was I asked for certain tiger prawns and fish dishes, and it was absolutely fabulous. They were customised menu for us. Best in the world prawns and steamed fish. Recommend this place 100%. Didn't encounter any mosquitoes in my room and it was very clean and cosy (supreme room}. View at the pool over looking rice fields is tranquil. This place is heavenly.

Wonderful, Nothing to complain

The resort is very clean. Everywhere is pretty. We love the bunnies running around the resort much. Very quite and peaceful staying there. Everything is very reasonable price. Great breakfast but a little too much food for us because we never eat much BF. The owner is very nice, helpful, and very friendly and we also see all the staff is very happy, They give us great service. Overall, Very impressive and we have nothing to complain. Will go back there again and will stay longer to enjoy everything more..

Wir danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt mit persönlicher "Betreuung" durch den Chef Bas in seinem äußerst ansprechendem Resort. Von den Zimmern, die sehr gut gestaltet sind bis zum leckeren reichhaltigen Frühstück alles ist wunderbar ! Preis - Leistung stimmt!

Ein kleines, privates Paradies mit 5 Zimmern und 2 Super-Suiten, die es sich lohnt zu buchen. Einmalige Atmosphäre in Mitten der Landschaft Nord-Thailands. Touristen aufgepasst: Ohne Auto/Fahrer ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, da etwas weit ab vom Schuss. Öffentliche Anbindung keine Chance. Alles andere verdient das Urteil "perfekt", vor allem auf die Freundlichkeit und der Service der Mitarbeiter.

Heerlijke gesprekken met Bas de eigenaar , de moeite waard bij diner en ontbijt. Ook nog heerlijk gegeten in de 6 dagen dat wij er verbleven. Prachtig gelegen en na fietsen in de stad weer fijn thuis gevoel als je dan in het heerlijke zwembad lag,, te kijken naar de mooie rijst velden. Baan Suchada heeft een prachtige tuin , die goed onderhouden wordt. Kortom in 1 woord maar samen te vatten : excellent !!!!! Bert en Jory uit Nederland

Tres bel hotel, rempli de charme et de quietude. Excellent service et proprietaire aux petits soins pour ses hotes. Belle piscine surplombant les rizieres. Excellent petit déjeuner. Un vrai hotel de charme.
