「From booking through to check out the service at the hotel was amazing. The welcome on check in was great with an upgrade on the room. We stayed in block one and when we left hotel to airport around 4am there is not emergency exit light around only lobby light was on we had to use phone torch to see where we should go in this way this is extremely dangerous for guests.
