"STOP BEFORE YOU BOOK!!! This property is outdated and was not clean at all .. stains on the bedding, curtains and on carpets. Didn’t look like they ever dusted. I went to Walmart and bought a blanket so I didn’t have to sleep on the sheets …I also bought my own towel to take shower. The best part about my stay was when I checked out."

"Did not feel safe in the area. The restaurant was not good. The manager refunded half of the meal. There was random bits of garbage in the hall. And the crackheads coming up on and bothering people infront of the hotel entrance on the hotel property. The garbage cans in front of the hotel were overflowing. The room was nice, but the river view wasn’t appealing and quite gross. "

"The breakfast was good it could be better if they could make better decisions on the cereal Kellogg's is popular but doesn't provide a gluten free cereal Cheerios is gf and some of the Chex cereal are gf."

"Rooms were nice. The food options were not great, we were expecting the upper level restaurant to be open. They had it on their website and on the TV guide in the rooms but went to top floor and it was closed permanently. All we had was the bar or the lobby restaurant that was not suitable for kids and way over priced."

"I will try to summarize my experience: terrible. Check in took 40 minutes because front desk staff did not know what they were doing. No hot water (lukewarm trickle of water). Bathroom door didn’t work. Horrible."

"The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. Broken, literally broken, and while there I only got a "Sorry". I had to ask Expedia's intervention to get a refund. but the hotel only agreed to 30% which is better than nothing, but really not enough to convince a client to come back. Disappointing."
