「It took about 15 minutes to wake up the front desk attendant so that I could check-in after a long day of travel. She acted annoyed that I woke her. I said that I was about to leave & find another hotel because I had been waiting about 15 minutes. She completely ignored my comment, she didn’t attempt to apologize.」

「I didn't like that fact that Expedia gave me one total price of $60.00 and when I started to check-in I was told that they couldn't honor that price but the total would be $70.54. The next thing I had requested a first floor room because my wife is handicapped and the room we were offered was on the second floor. This all was not acceptable so we cancelled the transaction and left the facility.」

「The only good thing about this was the staff member was really nice however the place was disgusting I have no idea why Expedia even offers this as an option」
