「Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.」

「This hotel located 1 hour journey from Pantnagar airport. Although it is not near to town, but it has nice mountain view from hotel room, and roof top restaurant! Clean and spacious room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. 」

「Worst service I have ever experienced. No AC or wifi in the room. It is an under-construction property with construction material in the pathway and wires hanging out posing health hazard. The staff is inexperienced and untrained.」

「The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side.」
