「"It's a cozy and lovely place." occurred to me at the first glance of its little courtyard. The small lanes in the front is just quiet and so different from the surroundings. However, the room is ordinary and especially bathroom is basic. With a four star hotel rates, I think its quality is far away from the price. 「The hotel is in a nice heritage building overlooking the lake with delightful views. However our stay was not enjoyable. The shower didn’t produce hot water, the bathroom was grotty and towels appeared dirty. When we asked for our room to be cleaned there was no evidence that our bathroom had been.
