「A fantastic family break for a week! The facilities are superb and accommodate for all ages: cycling, swimming, water slides, gym, treetop/go-ape adventure, beach, restaurants, gaming zone, arcade games. Plus local to the old town so a great area to walk, run and explore. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well thought out with a breakout door for children and 2 tv’s. The rooms were kept clean by the service staff 2-3 times a day which was great. The only improvement point to...

「The location was good, the accommodation was sub standard- old, dirty, full of mould and in desperate need of a total renovation. The bathroom leaked so badly water was running into the bedroom. The TV didn’t work, the rusty fridge leaked and hadn’t been cleaned inside or out. The only real positive was the restaurant we visited. Benjamin offered a high standard of service and the food was very good. We would never go back and definitely not recommend staying there - it’s a health trap!」

「Bad wurde nie geputzt . Teppichboden löst sich , an den Betten geht das Kunstleder ab ....meine Bettwäsche hatte Löcher . Lage ist recht gut allerdings hatten wir einen riesen Rohbau vorm Balkon . Zimmer aufteilung und Größe war sehr gut . Parkplatz war immer etwas frei 」

「The hotel allows us to have early check in by 9a.m. Thank them for their hospitality. The room is clean, on the top floor, nicely decorated, very stylish yet feeling somewhat pressed cos it is an attic. That is something that let us down. The location is very good, next to the entrance of the old city and not far from bus station.」
