「I would not recommend staying here. Upon arrival, I found more than 20 dead flies scattered throughout the apartment, along with what appeared to be rodent droppings. I had specifically booked this property because I needed access to a kitchen during a business trip, and given the sanitation concerns, I did not feel comfortable preparing food or staying in the unit. 「Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

「The property is so conveniently located! A small walk to lady bird lake and rainey street. And so spacious and clean. Good working AC. Coffee shop on the first floor was delicious. And the rooftop pool was gorgeous. Would stay here again.」

「This is a charming house and we had the best time in Austin. The host was very attentive and the home was very clean. We would book this home again when we decide to come back to Austin. The home is only 15 minutes from the airport which is great!」
