「The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. 「When we arrived there at 5 PM, the room temperature was set to 65 degrees, and we could not get it changed. We called maintenance twice and finally gave up at 11 PM. It was a miserable 5 hours of cold. They did not get the thermostat fixed until the next day.」

The staffing appears to be light, but a note in the elevator explained what to do if we needed cleaning or swap towels, etc. There were little pieces of trash on the floor in the halls that could have used a vacuum.
