"Breakfast for most part was good, waited briefly for fresh pancakes but otherwise good. Parked on 2 nd floor above ground and felt very safe coming and going "

"Everything was great — but NO HOT WATER in the shower in the morning— not an ideal start to the day — otherwise, place was clean, staff friendly, etc — but BRRRR !! "

"The hotel over all was great the beds were comfortable the only bad thing are the walls are THINNNNN! Some young adults woke me up around 445am it was like they were in our room. But over all a good hotel, mid breakfast. "

"Room was adequate. Big crack in right window of the room. As a result air in between the double plane glass and distorted the great view of the Detroit River and surrounding area. Disappointed in parking arrangements and charges to park indoors across the street from the hotel. Very tight parking spots. Have to walk across the street to get to and from hotel and parking area. Glad it isn't the winter time. It would be cold and slippery "

"My husband and I went to a concert at the casino in Windsor. We stayed at your hotel because it was close. We were able to walk in less than 10 minutes to the casino. Next time we go to a concert at Caesars Windsor, we will stay there. The staff were so friendly. The lady at front desk asked about her concert when we came back. I like the fact that she remembered us. Also, the lady serving breakfast was extremely kind and even served me my breakfast. Thanks to you all."
