「When we arrived we were given the suit we originally booked. However with having two small children there was a dog next door that barked very loud, and at the smallest sound. The gentleman at the front desk upgraded our room so that we would be away from the dog due to potentially wrecking the kids sleep. No extra charge, very friendly and nice.
The beds were a little stiff, and there was only 1 pillow for each spot on the bed. Beds and linens were clean and tidy. The room was clean, however...
「I was shocked at how different the hostel was compared to the pictures and description from the Expedia website. There are no "semi-private" rooms, with only 2 beds, as described on the webdite; and the "top floor" rooms are actually just "top bunks" in the large room. The staff was understanding about my shock and approved my refund, so I could stay elsewhere. The website needs to reflect the accuracy of the actual hostel.」
