「If you want to talk about hospitable....this property has it. We booked a late reservation (about 30 minutes before we arrived). The owner informed us that all rooms were full. She explained that sometimes the booking services don't keep close tabs on the actual occupancy. We understood, but learned that our card had been charged for the stay. 「Vicina al mare」

「Miglior posizione per alloggiare a Peschici. Usciti dall'hotel si raggiunge a piedi in un paio di minuti il centro e l'area pedonale dove ci sono negozi, ristoranti, bar e la movida serale. Facile anche raggiungere il mare, a soli 10 minuti a piedi e la possibilità di parcheggiare la macchina in struttura, pagando un supplemento, è conunque un plus visto la difficoltà di trovare parcheggi in zona. Il personale è accogliente e gentile. La struttura è storica a Peschici e si vede, andrebbe un po'...

「Film da paura.... Struttura fatiscente, anni 50/60, sporca, muri cadenti, con ventilatore acquistato sicuramente da magazzino cinese, con impianto elettrico volante, un vero trauma, soprattutto per la somma che abbiamo pagato..... Tra tasse e stanza una notte circa € 180.00 Meglio dormire su una panchina per strada.... Non per non pagare... Forse più pulito.. Sconsigliatissimo....」
