Check in time is 4 pm . Kind late for someone driving from early morning . The first day no hot water in the room . We experienced the super cold shower . Hotel didn’t give any discount 😅

Absolutely terrible noise from the beach area. Room is not sound proof even with patio closed and AC on. AC doesn't cool well. AC is also very noisy. The beach is very dirty, very public and music is blaring from the bar all day. The staff was not courteous and helpful. Hotel website doesn't mention that they give parking permit for 1 car per room. My group has 2 cars. The staff didn't accommodate our situation at all and threatened to tow away the other car if parked on property without permit. Absolutely rude girl at the front desk. If you are looking for serenity, this is not the place for you.

I liked it was on the water. I didn’t like that you pay that much to stay and it’s like a frat party and Anyone is allowed on the beach. The beds and pillows were awful I’m legit in pain from sleeping there. The front desk lady was rude to our kids with an attitude. Cleaning people knocked and while my son looked out the peep hole they just opened the door and hit him in the nose. Like who just walks into a room. My shower leaked all over the floor. Needs to be updated for almost $900 for 2 nights. There was also a wedding there on the beach. A lil awkward with sooo many people.

The room smelled to the point took me awhile to fall asleep. Also the bathroom flush was broken, the drawers on the nightstand didn’t stay closed. Very noisy upstairs and had to deal with the drunk neighbor who came back to the room at 3:30 am and decided to have a no nice conversation with her friends. Restaurant at the pier took 1 h and 20 min to serve us ( and the rest of the clients) and they didn’t apologize or give any reason. They at last pay for the drinks. We do not recommended to stay here.

It was close to the beach. Loud music at night up to 10 and one night up to 11 pm. The pool was dirty. Our sink was stopped up.

Property is definitely very conveniently located, but trying to call was a challenge and even after email I wasn’t reach back! Room was pretty dirty from shower dirty sheets spilled liquids on the bathroom

Had an absolutely amazing stay. Check in was quick and easy! We got a partial lake view and unfortunately got there a little later than we wanted so there wasn’t a lot of options left but the front desk rep went over our options and the pros and cons of each, including noise levels explaining about the DJ near the Tiki bar. We were given drink tokens for our welcome drink and s’mores kits right away. I was a little hesitant about staying here as I had read all the bad reviews and was pleasantly surprised when we walked in the room and it smelled fresh and was very clean including towels and sheets. Would have to say if planning on using the beach, get there early it does fill up, especially when there are events. It is on the pricier side but definitely worth it in my opinion. We will definitely be staying here again!

My experience was disappointing. The room was not ready at the desired check-in time, and when it was finally given, it was dirty and not well maintained. On top of that, the staff’s rude behavior made the stay even more unpleasant. I expected better hospitality and cleanliness.

Room was clean enough. Air conditioner didn’t work due to filter being dirty. Blaring red light should have been noticed. Towels not restocked. Coffee not restocked. Didn’t have any soap so had to go to lobby for some. Not someplace I will stay again.

Super cute place with lake views. There was a tiki bar right on the beach which was a great place to socialize and grab a drink. You could rent beach chairs and cabanas from the tiki bar too. The bartender at one of the restaurants was super nice and helpful and the restaurant above the pier had amazing views. They offered smores kits for free every night, which we enjoyed at one of many of fire pits on the property. Additionally the property was really close to a lot of convenient places like Heavenly Gondola, the casinos, the outdoor concert venue, and a 15 min drive from Emerald Bay. I would 10000% stay here again.

Easy access to dog friendly beach. Loved the tiki bar and Boathouse restaurant which was 2 min walk from our hotel room. Everywhere was dog friendly and convenient for us.

It is definitely NOT a resort. Its a Motel next to the lake. Rooms were small. Thankfully we changed to a different hotel the same night. Bathrooms were so dirty. This place doesn’t look anything like the picture. Only pro amongst all the cons is that you can walk to the overly crowded “beach” But its definitely a Motel and not a resort !
