「It’s a good choice for short-term travel! The room is not big, but very new and clean! There are also breakfast coupons every day, which I didn't expect. It's very close to Midtown. 「Delightful hotel with newly renovated rooms and a very nice lobby area with a lounge/library, bar, breakfast bar and sitting area. Small but adequate fitness center. Serafina restaurant opens into hotel for evening dining. Close to Zabars and Fairway and loads of local shops on Broadway and Amsterdam. Amsterdam from 79th to 96th is full of great restaurants and local bars. Heart of the Upper Westside. 」

「We were told the day of our arrival that we were being moved to another property 40 blocks farther from the city. What choice did we have at this point? The alternate accommodations did not have a comfortable seating area for the 4 of us (one of the reasons for our original property choice) and was not as convenient for our preferred transportation options, and it was very different from the photos of the original reservation property. The whole experience felt like a bait & switch. We asked for...
