I had several events I was going to that day and I really needed that information prior to the day of. I called several times to find out if I could check in early And nobody could let me know."

"Great stay. Centrally located to shopping, restaurants and bars. The staff are amazing and the suites are newly renovated and very clean. Our only beef was the noise level at night. It's a dog friendly hotel, which is awesome, however we listened to dogs barking and howling most of the night... Ask for a top floor room."

"Staff was very nice and check in and valet was easy. The bathroom was pretty dirty and there was no hot water. We had to leave it running for more than 5 minutes to get to Luke warm so only 1 of the five of us was able to shower. Our room had a fold out couch that was awful. Because of those issues we would probably stay somewhere else next time. "
