「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Hotel was not open. We attempted to stay on Nov. 1. There was a sign on the door stating the office was only open 7am-11pm (Nothing about the office hours was listed on the hotels.com profile). The door to the hotel was locked, and no answer when we arrived at 11:02 pm. Through the locked door we could see several large carpet rolls. There were no other cars in the parking lot. I saw on other reviews that they got sent to a different hotel, which makes me think they are under renovation right...

「If you’re looking for a top-notch jail cell, this is the place for you. The room was not like their stock photos nor was it clean. Be prepared for nothingness. I had to convince the nightstand to be a dining table to eat because there was not a single other table or chair.」

「The staff was nice and professional. The room and bathroom was clean. The ice machine did not work but you could get ice at the desk. The area is safe and plenty of parking.」

「I liked the location near a walkable mall. Staff was friendly. Beds really comfortable! I liked indoor outdoor seating. I didn't like the taste of the coffee and it would have been nice to have hard boiled eggs and better fruit options like more fresh bananas and cantaloupe and pineapple.」

「At check in we had an issue with the room and front desk helped me with the situation. I was moved inmediately to another. The staff was very helpful and friendly.」
