「Clean rooms and friendly staff」

「This hotel was great a quick one night stay. The gal at the front desk was super friendly. The hotel was full but was never loud. My niece is gluten free and the breakfast had multiple gluten free options. The lady working the breakfast was also very kind and worked hard to keep the breakfast full. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.」

「Pluses: Check in process was quick & easy. The breakfast was excellent. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Deltas: We stayed in a suite with a foldout couch. There was no bedding in the room to be found. My wife went down to the desk to get bedding, but they didn't give her a pillow. Another trip down when the bedding should have been in the room already. It's the only reason we booked this room & it became a headache for us.」

「Never ever take this hotel.....it's the most disgusting hotel that we ever stay before!! I even got itching after sat on the couch! By the way, we'ad booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms , but the front desk sent us an invoice and asked us to check-out (paid everything upfront)on the 4th morning; although we're more than happy to leave it, but who is going to return me the difference?」
